The StreetGames CEO has been speaking to the newspaper ahead of this week’s royal visit, which will see Prince Harry and fiancé Meghan Markle attending a StreetGames sport session in Cardiff. The newly-engaged couple will be on hand to observe some of the wonderful work being done on behalf of young people in the area, both through the pioneering Doorstep Sport programme, as well as its female-focused sister project ‘Us Girls Wales’, which recently picked up a prestigious Sport Wales award!

The interview offers a fantastic overview of StreetGames various programmes, its history, goals and ongoing success story – including the more recent Fit and Fed programme, which tackles holiday-time hunger, alienation and inactivity.
