Recruitment for Community Activator Coach Apprenticeship

Coach Core is looking for 20 young people to support and enhance the delivery of a number of partner organisations in the Manchester area. Upon application, you will be asked to provide three preferred sports choices, which will be shared with employers. Assuming you are eligible for the programme, you will be invited to attend a practical recruitment event, where you will meet all employers and other applicants, and will be asked to take part in a range of practical activities.

What We Do

StreetGames harnesses the power of sport to create positive change in the lives of disadvantaged young people right across the UK. StreetGames' helps to make young people and their communities healthier, safer and more successful.
Our History

StreetGames is one of the UK's leading 'sport for development' charities - changing lives and transforming communities through the power of sport. Formed in 2007, StreetGames was inspired by the success of joint work conducted by The FA, Football Foundation and other agencies working within disadvantaged areas – places in which young people were almost 50% less likely to be active than their more affluent peers.

Since its inception in 2007, StreetGames has been an active champion and innovator in the community sport sector. On a day-to-day basis the organisation is led by CEO Jane Ashworth OBE.
