Ceris joined StreetGames in 2010 as Head of Knowledge & Insight.  Her main areas of responsibility include: undertaking and co-ordinating research, insight and evaluation studies to demonstrate need & evidence of impact; developing collaborative research programmes and partnerships with universities, research agencies & consultants; and developing research material into a range of mediums including written reports, case studies, fact sheets, guides, infographics and videos and ensuring these are disseminated widely for practical and insightful learning.

Ceris has worked in the sport and leisure industry for over 20 years - originally working within sport and leisure facilities in London and the South of England, including Guildford Spectrum Leisure Complex, one of the largest leisure facilities in the country. She then moved onto roles in consultancy and leisure research in both the public and private sector, including undertaking consultancy assignments for clients including: the Government Department for Culture Media and Sport (DCMS), Sport England, the Football Foundation, the Coalfields Regeneration Trust, over 30 local authorities and a range of County Sport Partnerships (CSPs).
