Administrator (Training Academy) Scale 2 - £18,170 - £18,658 (initially one year fixed term renewable subject to funding) Full Time (35 hours per week) An excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to kick start their career within administration has arisen. We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrator will be based within the Training Academy team in the StreetGames office in Manchester. They will support the work of the StreetGames Training Academy team in the delivery of the training targets across a range of public and commercial contracts. This role will provide day to day contact for local projects and individuals who wish to access and/or organise our workshops and courses. The Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring our tutoring team have the resources necessary to deliver a quality training experience for our learners. The role will also involve adherence to administration processes of our accrediting bodies, as well as database management and monitoring & evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will have an excellent communication skills and basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. They will be methodical, systematic and highly organised with a flexible, enthusiastic and committed approach. The candidate must be able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
