Ross is a former student of the StreetGames Training Academy, turned mentor who was later named to the Scottish national dodgeball team. Ross earned his level 2 Multi-Sport coaching award with StreetGames’ back in 2014, and credits the course with giving him “the confidence and knowledge to start up [his] own dodgeball club” after falling in love with the sport at university.

After founding his own team - the MK Cyclones - Ross led the club to immediate promotion in its very first season, before earning a surprise 3rd place finish at the 2017 British Open tournament. Said Ross:

“I’m very excited and honoured to be considered worthy enough to wear the Scotland jersey. This all became possible because I took the opportunity to learn through StreetGames and work with them to enhance my club.”
