Join The Huddle!

StreetGames are recruiting a new cohort of young people to help shape and inform StreetGames’ work.

What is The Huddle?

The Huddle is made up of young people who meet to provide a regular platform for StreetGames to listen to the ideas and best practice. It also meets to check, challenge and validate areas of StreetGames’ learning, through lived experiences of community partners and young people.  We would love to hear from young people who are interested and willing to share their views, experiences and ideas on StreetGames’ offers and programmes.

Why The Huddle?

  • To help StreetGames create an even stronger connection between national innovation, decision-making and front-line delivery​
  • To create a platform, ensuring that StreetGames is regularly listening to ideas and best practice from community partner leaders and young people​
  • To ensure there is stronger connectivity between front-line delivery and StreetGames’ board ​
  • To validate and/or broaden StreetGames’ learning through the experiences of community partners and young people

Who?

We are looking for young people who:

  • Are aged 16 – 25 and actively involved in a current StreetGames project or community partner
  • Are available for face-to-face meetings twice per year, and two online meetings for your duration in the group (to be determined by you)
  • Are passionate to about access to sport and physical activity, for young people, in their communities
  • Have an interest in shaping the future of StreetGames
