StreetGames and The FA have developed this workshop, which explores some familiar ways and some informal ways football can be included in the activities you play, coach or facilitate in your community setting. There are various ways to play, take part and engage young people in football, many of which are included in this resource.
Aims of the workshop:
- Show you how you can add your own ideas and thoughts to skills and activities
- To engage young people in football within your community setting
Who is it for: Community sport project leaders, coaches and volunteers.
Additional Information: There are no compulsory prerequisites for this workshop. It offers the chance to build on skills previously gained through courses such as Sports Leaders UK Level 1, 2 and 3 awards; national governing bodies of sport awards; and youth and community qualifications.

The Hockey Activator Workshop has been developed by StreetGames in partnership with England Hockey. The workshop will provide deliverers with game ideas, basic rules and fun ways to introduce Hockey to young people in their local community.
