For Rosheen and Eleeza, sport has been life changing. After discovering a place to play at Grange Pavilion’s community football sessions, they unlocked confidence, new skills and opportunities they never imagined possible — becoming the first female Muslim referees in Wales, coaching the next generation and using their voices to push for change.
