This is a nationally recognised qualification designed to develop foundational leadership abilities like teamwork, communication and self-belief, enabling young people to lead activities and make a positive impact on their community or specific environments. The course focuses on building confidence in leading others, setting goals, giving feedback, and creating a productive working environment through practical sessions, group work and a practical assessment.

The aim is that each organisation writes a funding bid and submits with support. If you are brand new to fundraising or have not been successful with funding applications this is the course for you.
