Youth Voice

Live Training Workshop

Format: 3 hours
Minimum Age: 14 years old
Delivery Method: Face-to-face, and online up to 20 participants

Developed as part of our long-standing work in Youth Voice and working with Young People in roles such as Young Advisors, this workshop introduces knowledge, insights and opportunities to implement Youth Voice in different settings, using the Lundy model and UN rights of the Child as a foundational approach to practice.

By the end of the workshop:

  • Learners will understand what Youth Voice is, why it is important and the benefits of its use
  • Talk about United Nations (UN) Rights of the Child and the Lundy Model
  • Understand how this can be used to amplify the voices of young people
  • Understand how to engage young people in decision making
  • Access support & resources available through StreetGames
