This workshop explores how to create a positive, youth‑friendly food offer within Sport, helping organisations support young people’s wellbeing through inclusive conversations, practical ideas and simple good‑practice approaches.

Aims of the workshop:

  • Have a wider knowledge and understanding of advised good practice standards
  • Understand key principles when talking about food with young people
  • Have gained ideas for developing a progressive food offer for
    young people
