Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) is a community development approach that focuses on building upon the strengths and assets already within a community, rather than solely addressing deficits and problems. It emphasizes community-led initiatives, collaboration, and empowerment, fostering stronger, more resilient communities by leveraging existing resource.
