StreetGames' flagship approach - Doorstep Sport is an innovative sporting offer that bypasses many of the traditional barriers to activity amongst young people in poverty.

Doorstep Sport projects are fun, informal sports clubs that operate at the right time, in the right place, for the right price and in the right style. Together, they provide an exciting and varied sports offer to impoverished young people, improving motivation and encouraging them to develop long-term sporting habits.

Doorstep Sport clubs exist in many different forms and are hosted by a variety of organisations - providing disadvantaged young people aged 14-25 with accessible and affordable opportunities to take part in sport within their local community, with a strong emphasis on youth leadership.

Since 2012, the number of projects delivering these Doorstep Sport sessions has grown to encompass over 1,000 locally trusted organisations, based all throughout the country.
